My Local Pilates: Pilates Basics

My Local Pilates provides Pilates classes for up to 12 people, suitable for complete beginners through to more advanced practitioners. Exercises are low impact and suitable for all ages.Classes run in terms of around 9-10 weeks. Learn the basics in a “Pilates Basics” class and then be challenged both physically and mentally with a “Pilates Flow” class. Method of teaching is highly regarded Body Control Pilates, so you will be in safe hands.
To attend, you’ll need to purchase a “Class Pack” before the term starts. This allows you to register for classes you’d like to attend that term. You don’t necessarily have to attend the same class each week, so if you do shifts or have an erratic work schedule you can register for the same class but on a different day or venue! There are different pack sizes available to buy, to suit your budget and fitness goals.
For “Pilates Basics” and “Pilates Flow” classes, please purchase a 6, 9, 13, 18 or 25 session “Class Pack”.

Age range suitability:18+ (no upper limit)
All abilities welcome. You must be free of acute pain when participating in exercise unless you have the express written permission from your medical practitioner. All clients must complete and sign a Health Questionnaire 24 hours before their first class. These are available at www.mylocalpilates.com/health-questionnaire
As class sizes are limited, My Local Pilates reserves the right to withdraw classes and courses from sale at any time, so please book early! Once you have purchased a Class Pack, please register for all of the classes you intend to join during that term, as soon as possible, to secure your space in the classes of your choice! Spaces are allocated on a first come, first served basis and a waitlist is in operation if a class becomes oversubscribed.
