Christmas Makers Market – call for makers & artisans

Do you live or work in east London and run your own small artisan-focused business? If you do, then we’d like to invite you to be part of our annual Makers Market – a fun way for you to sell to a local customer base.

Our base in a Grade ll listed building on Chatsworth Road is located at the heart of East London, a new creative hub in one of the world’s most dynamic cities. We want to celebrate the resurgence of traditional crafts practices we see around us and a Makers Market is the ideal way to engage in this global interest in a return to handmade products created with individual passion.

We’re limiting this market to promoting work by no more than 25 local artisans.  A range of spaces are available (we’re dedicating the whole building to the market) – so if you need to give demonstrations of your practice and take orders for commissions, we can offer that. There is a short booking form to fill in  (download it here).  In this case the early bird does get the worm with a reduced pitch price of £25 if you sign-up before 15 November 2017. After 15 November 2017 any remaining pitches will cost £30.
