My Local Pilates provides Pilates classes for up to 12 people, suitable for complete beginners through to more advanced practitioners. Exercises are low impact and suitable for all ages. Classes run in terms of around 9-10 weeks. Learn the basics in a “Pilates Basics” class and then be challenged both physically and mentally with a “Pilates Flow” class. Method of teaching is highly regarded Body Control Pilates, so you will be in safe hands.
