My Local Pilates: Pilates Flow

My Local Pilates provides Pilates classes for up to 12 people, suitable for complete beginners through to more advanced practitioners. Exercises are low impact and suitable for all ages. Poor posture? Bad back? Stiff joints? Tight muscles? Pilates is renowned for targeting postural and deep stabilising muscles to allow you stand, sit and move more comfortably and freely. Learn about good alignment, breathing and movement. Improve balance and coordination. Tone, tighten and strengthen your body. Feel younger and more flexible!
Classes run in terms of 10 weeks. Learn the basics in a “Pilates Basics” class and then be challenged both physically and mentally with a “Pilates Flow” class. Method of teaching is highly regarded Body Control Pilates, so you will be in safe hands.
To attend, you’ll need to purchase a “Course Pack” before the term starts. A 10-session Course Pack entitles you to 10 classes during the term. It doesn’t have to be the same class each week, so if you do shifts or have an erratic work schedule you can register for classes when it suits you. There are also 7, 15, 20 and 30-session packs also available to buy, to suit your budget and fitness goals. For “Pilates Flow” classes, please purchase a 7, 10, 15, 20 or 30 session “Course Pack”.
