Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR™) courses equip participants with tools and compassionate self awareness so they can manage issues and emerge from the difficulties of the modern world with dignity, strength and resolve.
Learn how to take better care of yourself through the interplay of mind and body – and mobilise your own inner resources for coping, growing and healing.
Structure and Certification : MBSR™ training takes nine weeks from start to finish and results in certification under the CFM (Centre for Mindfulness) MBSR™ pathway.
