Pilates – Healthy Back

My Local Pilates provides Pilates classes for up to 12 people, suitable for complete beginners through to more advanced practitioners. Exercises are low impact and suitable for all ages. Suffering with chronic back pain? Try a Healthy Back course and learn how to manage back pain.
Classes run in terms of 11 weeks, with “Taster” classes preceding each term. Learn the basics in a “Pilates: Basics” class, get moving with “Pilates: Move”. Finally be challenged both physically and mentally with “Pilates Flow”. Method of teaching is highly regarded Body Control Pilates, so you will be in safe hands.
To attend, you’ll need to purchase a “Class Pack” before the term starts. This allows you to register for classes you’d like to attend that term. You don’t necessarily have to attend the same class each week, so if you do shifts or have an erratic work schedule you can register for the same class but on a different day or venue! There are different pack sizes available to buy, to suit your budget and fitness goals.
For Pilates Basics, Move and Flow classes, please purchase a 7, 11, 17, 22 or 27 session “Class Pack”. For “Healthy Back” classes, please select the time slot you wish to attend, so Tues @ 7pm or Thurs @ 10:30am
