Yoga flow with Stephanie (The Yoga Psychologist)

Stephanie leads a beautiful Hatha-Vinyasa yoga practice flowing through sun salutations series, balancing postures, seated positions and inversions to complete the asanas. Variations are offered throughout the class to match the yogi, from new beginners to well-practiced!
A deep Sivasana relaxation is privileged followed by a Pranayama breathing exercise and a closing Satyama meditation. Stephanie’s yoga explores flowing sequences through strength and creativity, establishing connection and promoting self-awareness. Stephanie’s teaching is calm and supportive, and encourages you to find both your connection and your challenge in the yoga practice.
As a qualified Clinical Psychologist and enthusiastic learner of holistic health, Stephanie brings positive psychology and mindfulness onto the yoga mat.
