Chats Palace is an iconic East London landmark.
Housed in a Grade ll listed building, we have two flexible spaces for meetings and conferences for up to 100 people, and a smaller meeting room offering a more intimate setting for up to 20 people. We pride ourselves on offering an exceptional level of service and have a track-record of successful clients industry-wide.
Chats Palace is located 5 minutes’ walk from Homerton Overground Station with Stratford’s excellent tube and rail links a short journey away.
The Blue Room
Hold your meeting or conference at Chats Palace in our stunning Blue Room, newly restored and decorated to a high standard with stunning period features including an Edwardian glass skylight and an exhibition of east London photographs by Colin O’Brien. It’s the perfect backdrop for meetings, conferences and interviews.
The Blue Room is equipped with two white boardroom tables and 6 coordinating white chairs. Additional chairs can be provided on request. The room has central heating and air conditioning.

Competitive Rates start at £15 per hour (based on a minimum 2 hour booking at our not-for-profit rate).
For larger conferences and meetings, our black-box Theatre space is ideal; fully equipped with an excellent PA and sound system it is located on the ground floor of the building and is fully accessible. The Theatre has a wooden parquet floor and a small stage. A variety of seating options are available – from cabaret style to end-on theatre seating – and may be discussed at time of booking.

Competitive Rates start at £125 per hour (based on a minimum 4 hour booking at our not-for-profit rate).
Our efficient,friendly staff will be on hand to help you get set up and settle in. Full health & safety briefings are given as standard and a trained first-aider is on site at all times.
We can provide additional furniture, use of portable PA systems, a projector and flip-chart *. Separate ‘break-out’ areas can be organised for you in the Ground Floor bar*.
