A small, friendly class, suitable for all. Each class includes standing and sitting poses, followed by relaxation. It will leave you feeling calm, stretched and refreshed. Iyengar Yoga is the perfect way to boost health and shrug off the stresses of daily life.
Iyengar Yoga is the most widely-practised form of yoga. It aims to improve flexibility, balance and strength and is known for its clear instructions, careful attention to alignment and practical approach.
Alice Chadwick trained at Iyengar Yoga Maida Vale (London), a world-renowned centre of excellence. She holds the Iyengar Yoga Teachers Certification Mark.
Equipment is provided.
Prices per class: £10/ Prices per term: £45 for 5-class card
All ages and abilities are welcome. This class is suitable for beginners and general-level students and is not suitable for pregnant women or students with serious medical conditions. Please check with the teacher if you are unsure.
