My Local Pilates provides Pilates classes for up to 12 people, suitable for complete beginners through to more advanced practitioners. Exercises are low impact and suitable for all ages. Classes run in terms of 12 weeks, with “Taster” classes preceding each term. Learn the basics in “Pilates: Basics”, then get moving with “Pilates: Move”!  Method of teaching is the highly regarded Body Control Pilates, so you’ll be in safe hands.
