Hackney’s FREE social club for everyone over 65+yrs

Come along for a morning of singing, movement, fun and (sometimes) chips! The Palace Club is a social group open to all Hackney residents aged 65 and over. We meet once a week on a Tuesday morning and are always happy to welcome a new member to the club.

For the next two months our programme will remain more or less the same, with a few exceptions for special days out/book clubs…

10:00 – 10:15 – arrival, teas and coffees

10:15 – 10:40 – Pilates with Adina

10:45 – 11:10 – Pilates with Adina

11:15 – 11:30 – tea break

11:30 – 12:30 – Drama workshops with Patrizia

12:30 – 13:30 – a delicious hot lunch

Attending members of the Palace Club are provided with a delicious healthy lunch from one of our selected local caterers.
