New from 3rd September 2018, beginners and mixed ability community yoga classes. Hatha Yoga 7.25pm – 8.55pm (90 minutes) With over 20 years of personal yoga practice to draw upon, Nicola has been teaching regularly for 3 years now. She holds a BWYQ 500 hour teaching diploma and is fully insured and first aid qualified. (In her ‘other’ job she is a science teacher with a PGCE and MA in Science education).

Hatha flow yoga class with yoga nidra (profound guided relaxation): classes at 10.20am and 11.25am All are welcome including beginners and pregnancy (2nd trimester onwards).  Pam has 15 years experience teaching in London, India and Bali.  Her warm and welcoming class is a balanced blend of strength & flexibility work, mindfulness, breath awareness and deep relaxation.  An hour of all-rounded you-time!

Tai Chi

James started learning Tai Chi with Master Ding at his Academy in 2005. He is interested in bringing Tai Chi to his local community for improved health and well being. In his own journey he has found that practicing this internal martial has enriched his life immensely.
