Ballet For Kids is passionate about providing children a safe and transformative experience through ballet. Our children start from 2.5 years - 12 years old. Classes take place weekly and are termly in Homerton (Chats Palace). Our teachers are passionate, friendly and dedicated to providing each child with confidence, movement technique, musicality, strength and flexibility through a strategic ballet levels system and creative dance. We explore drama, movement, sound, music, and use all of our senses to develop our own stories.
My Local Pilates provides Pilates classes for up to 12 people, suitable for complete beginners through to more advanced practitioners. Exercises are low impact and suitable for all ages. Suffering with back pain? Try a Healthy Back course and learn how to manage back pain. Classes run in terms of 10 weeks.
